I initially called Plumbgas after another company could not work out what was wrong with my boiler. In fact they told me that nothing was wrong. However, it was firing up all the time even when there was no rason for it to. Chris from Plumbgas found the fault straight away and sorted it out. I now have the efficient boiler that I should have had originally. I continue to use them and they are always on time, efficient and friendly. I would definitly recommend them.

We use them regularly as they possess great knowledge of my terribly made Ideal Isar HE35 boiler and how to keep it going.
You can't ask for much more than that, they've fitted radiators and will fit a HIVE in the near future.

My gran is 88 and doesn’t like to complain, she was messed around by a different company and went without hot water for 3 weeks before I found out.
I rang Plumbgas and explained our situation. Despite being incredibly busy they came out immediately to see what they could do. They did everything they could to help us as quickly as possible. They were very kind and respectful and patient of her being a little flustered and hard of hearing. Explained every option, potential costs and did their best to save her money in the long term. Within days of first contact, They had fixed her hot water as quick as humanly possible. The boiler arrived am, they fixed it pm. They very professionally managed 3 way communication with two relatives miles away and kept everyone in the picture. They went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough. Very very highly recommended. They’re a lovely professional team.
