Refund Policy

PlumbGas Services Ltd deal directly with suppliers and will return any faulty parts as we see fit. All goods warranties are with product manufacturers or retail stores and any issues must be reported directly to them. PlumbGas are not responsible for any faulty goods installed in any property nor responsible of providing free of charge labour to remove and refit faulty goods. 

Refunds on any completed work from any estimates provided prior to the work commencing are at our absolute sole discretion. Any additional parts or labour required to complete work will be communicated and agreed before installation and therefore will not be eligible for a refund. 

All labour work completed will be charged at current hourly/day rates, refunds will be given at our sole discretion. If any work is deemed unsatisfactory PlumbGas Services Ltd must be given an opportunity to return and complete any work required. 

Refunds or compensation for any complaints will be investigated if we deem the complaint satisfactory. Compensation or free of charge labour is at our absolute sole discretion. 

Notification of all agreed refunds will be in writing, either by e-mail or post and processed within 14 working days of the notification.
